If your contact information is incorrect, you may not receive tracking updates or delivery notifications, and your package may be returned to us.

In such cases, our unclaimed package policy will apply, and a refund may not be issued.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days (after processing)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.


Origin & Shipping Costs

Orders may be shipped from U.S. or international fulfillment centers, depending on product availability.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

You can track your order through our tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website.


Important Shipping Notes

Unclaimed Packages
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not constitute a return.
If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
YLNO is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays
Delivery delays alone do not qualify for a refund outside of our standard return and refund policy.


Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

YLNO is not responsible for packages that are damaged or stolen during transit.

All return or refund requests are verified using carrier tracking information. If shipment status cannot be confirmed, the request may be declined.
