At YLNO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day warranty on all products, starting from the delivery date.

Refunds

Eligibility
Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label.

Condition of the Item
To qualify for a refund, products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Missing Items
Refunds will not be issued for β€œmissing items” unless those items were explicitly listed as included in the product description.

Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This inspection process may take up to 7 business days after the item arrives at our return center.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Defective Items

If your product is defective within the 30-day warranty period, please email a photo or video clearly showing the defect to:

Once the defect is confirmed:

  • A full refund will be issued

  • A prepaid return label will be provided

If no photo or video is submitted, refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Unopened items: 100% refund

  • Opened items (used or unused): 80% refund due to restocking and handling costs


Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

Reshipment
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we can reship your order for an additional shipping fee.

Refunds
If the package is returned to us due to refusal or incorrect address, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Fee
A 30% processing and restocking fee applies.
Example: For a $100 product, the exchange fee is $30.

Exchange Process

  • You will receive an invoice for the exchange fee

  • Once paid, the replacement item will be shipped within 7 business days

Original Product
You may keep or discard the original product.

Fee Waiver
If the exchange is required due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), no exchange fee will apply.

If you have not received your refund, please:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for further assistance
