At YLNO, we are committed to delivering your beauty and cosmetics products as efficiently and safely as possible.

All orders will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that some deliveries may experience delays due to carrier transit times or external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order processing time: 3–5 business days after order placement.

  • Once processed, the estimated standard delivery time (domestic or international) is 6–12 business days.

Due to high demand and daily order volume, delivery times may vary. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority, and we continuously work to improve our fulfillment process.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of order placement only.
After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Important Shipping Information

Please note the following conditions:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Delivery time estimates are guidelines only and not guaranteed.

  • Estimated delivery times do not include customs processing delays, when applicable.

  • National, regional, or country-specific public holidays are not included in delivery estimates.

  • YLNO cannot be held responsible for delays that exceed estimated delivery times due to carrier or customs issues.

  • In the event of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
