  • Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days

  • Shipping days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages for logistical reasons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. YLNO is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address information.

If a package is refused or remains unclaimed upon delivery, standard return and refund policies may not apply.

6. Warranties & Defective Products

Warranty conditions for cosmetic products are defined by the manufacturer and/or product description. Generally, warranties cover manufacturing defects and do not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear.
